With this artwork, I wanted to capture the style and aesthetic of La La Land. The poster shows a Hollywood set like structure that highlights the key locations from the movie. Ryan and Emma are dancing at the top of the city of stars with the moon as their backdrop.
Animal Posters
for AllPosters

Creative Allies, AllPosters
September 2018
This brief called for animal versions of iconic movie posters. I chose to recreate one of my personal favorites and the most valuable movie poster of all time, that is, Heinz Schulz Neudamm's 1927 design for Metropolis. I tried to stay true to the style of the original. I transformed the central human-like robot into a lion robot and painted tiger stripes on one of the skyscrapers in the cityscape. I also changed the title to Zootropolis and the logos at the bottom to cat faces.
Welcome to Marwen
Finalist of 'Create Artwork for Welcome to Marwen' Global Digital Art Contest
Contest Hosted By:
Talenthouse, Universal Pictures
December 2018
My submission for this contest was inspired by the movie's trailer. I tried to position the protagonist to make it seem like he is photographing the viewer. I also used a beautiful color palette to match the inspiring story of his life.
Happy Death Day 2U
Contest Hosted By:
Talenthouse, Universal Pictures
January 2019
For this artwork, I wanted to show various elements of the movie and highlight its comic aspect via a vintage Valentine's Day greeting card. You can see Tree wearing her 'OMG' tee shirt from the new movie's imagery and wearing a cupcake hat with the "2" candle on top of it. The killer is wearing their infamous mask behind the heart shaped balloon. The clock in the center symbolizes the time loop.
Godzilla: King of
the Monsters 1
Contest Hosted By:
Talenthouse, Legendary Pictures, Warner Bros. Pictures
April 2019
I have loved Godzilla from a very young age. I remember how captivating and spectacular the Heisei Era artworks for the Godzilla movies were. For the poster, I illustrated the monsters on paper first and then digitally painted them. I used expressive colors inspired by the Heisei posters to showcase the epicness of the four titans in all their glory.
Godzilla: King of
the Monsters 2
Contest Hosted By:
Talenthouse, Legendary Pictures, Warner Bros. Pictures
April 2019
I created this artwork using a mix of 2D and 3D digital painting styles. I wanted the overall piece to have a classic feel for the composition and color palette. I tried to make every monster shine in its habitat while also showcasing the titanic grandeur that comes with them all appearing together. Godzilla's pose was inspired by the underwater scenes from the official trailer. Mothra and Ghidorah's poses are inspired by their character posters and Rodan from the teaser trailer. Long live the King!
Carnival Row
Winner of 'Create Artwork for Carnival Row'
Global Digital Art Contest
Contest Hosted By:
Talenthouse, Amazon Prime Video
September 2019
With this submission, I wanted to show the magic of Carnival Row in a mysterious yet captivating manner. You can see the magical Burgue in a foggy blue night-time cityscape. Our two leads are front and center as evil lurks over the city. The moody lights and colors capture the essence of Carnival Row.
Zombieland: Double Tap
Contest Hosted By:
Talenthouse, Columbia TriStar Marketing Group
September 2019
For this artwork, I wanted to capture the comedy/horror mood of Zombieland while giving it an 80s horror movie poster vibe. You can see a giant Z in the background and a twisty 2 shaped road in front of it to show the road trip aspect of the movie. The new monster truck is driving down the road. In the center, there's the post-apocalyptic White House on a zombie island. Then you see the team coming out of a dark cave to discover all of the mayhem. Behind them, you can see a zombie hand coming out of the ground holding another one.
The Turning
Contest Hosted By:
Talenthouse, Universal Pictures
December 2019
I wanted to create a mysteriously spooky poster for this brief. If you look closely, you can see the silhouette of Kate in the center, with Flora and Miles on the left and the right, respectively. These are formed by the dead branches of the trees surrounding the haunted house. The spider inside Miles's silhouette is inspired by the spider scene from the trailer. I used moody colors to create a horrifying atmosphere.
Emma.

Talenthouse, Focus Features
January 2020
I wanted to create peculiarly beautiful artwork for this brief. I used a mix of old and new styles to represent the movie's tone and style. You can see Emma, Frank, and Mr. Knightley in the center, intertwined in vines with beautiful flowers. I tried to convey the charm in each one of them. The strawberry from the trailer is at the bottom. I used a classic color palette to showcase the story's period.
Method
Contest Hosted By:
Talenthouse, Method
November 2020
I created a colorful artwork to showcase the bold and joyous vibe of Method. I mainly used the two colors from the product color palette with a few complementary shades. The 'Peach Blossom' cleaner is in the center with a beautiful grapefruit pink background (with petal illustrations). The circle is surrounded by illustrated peach tree branches (in iridescent colors) with peach fruits, blossom flowers, and buds to show the beautiful experience of using 'method' products.
